Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  2. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected electronic products. The return eligibility and period are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  2. Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged product during delivery
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing accessories or components
  1. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
  2. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our return address.
  3. Return/Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy:

  1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  2. Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment.

Important Notes:

  • Products must be returned with original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
  • Items with physical damage caused by misuse, battery leakage, water exposure, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.
  • Products that have been installed, calibrated, or used extensively may not qualify for return.
  • Minor measurement variation within standard tolerance range is not considered a defect.
  • Complaints must be raised within the specified return window (refer product page).
  • Batteries (if included) are not covered under return unless received defective.
